Sunday: Spoon, 8 p.m., Civic Theatre: The Austin-based indie rock heroes have completed a new album, but so far they’re only hinting at what it might sound like with snippets on YouTube. Monday: Modest Mouse, 8 p.m., Civic Theatre: Modest Mouse is being, well, modest, keeping information on its upcoming tour and album to a minimum. The album will be the band’s first since 2009,  and will feature at least Krist Novacelic as special guest. It might have have more. (tickets) Also on Monday: Alexis and the Samurai, 8 p.m., Chickie Wah Wah

Tuesday: Johnny Hallyday, 8 p.m., House of Blues: “The French Elvis” has spent much of his almost 50 year-long career singing French language version of American rock ’n’ roll hits, and he’s on a rare American tour. Reports so far say he’s still charismatic and in good voice. (tickets) Also on Tuesday: Natty Vibes, 8 p.m., House of Blues (CANCELLED)
