Win Tickets to See Brazland: Bate Galeira
My Spilt Milk is giving away a pair of tickets the eclectic, curated night of music and art.
Jazz Fest still brings a lot of late night, jam-oriented music to New Orleans nightlife. On Thursday night, the newish venue L’Entrepot and Café Carmo (527 Julia St.) will feature an alternative post-fest experience when it presents “Brazland: Bate Galeira,” hosted by Voice Monet.
The event starts at 8 (live music “promptly at 9,” we’re told), and it includes an eclectic mix of hip-hop, soul, Brazilian music and art with a lineup that includes rappers Hawthorne Headhunters, vocalist Zardis, guitarist Riccardo Crespo, singer Tondrae Kemp, DJ P.U.D.G.E., and artist Ceaux Young.
My Spilt Milk has a pair of tickets to give away to the show. Register here for a chance to win; the contest closes at 10 a.m. Thursday.
