New music from artists playing Voodoo this weekend.

[Updated] Quintron and Miss Pussycat have been busy. Recently Quintron launched WeatherForTheBlind.org, a website that streams the soothing output of his Weather Warlock synthesizer (see my story on it for The New Orleans Advocate), and they have a new album, Spellcaster II: Death in Space out today.

A very funny video for a song from it, "Do the Raid," is up on Entertainment Weekly's website, and here is the audio version of the song and the title track.

Quintron and Miss Pussycat play Voodoo Sunday, May 2 at 8 p.m. on the Le Flambeau Stage.

In other Voodoo news, Foo Fighters' media onslaught continues with the band's profile on CBS' 60 Minutes Sunday.

Foo Fighters play Friday, October 31 at 6:30 on the Le Ritual Stage.

MAKJ and Lil Jon's "Let's Get F*cked Up" is out now, as is the remix EP.

MAKJ plays Voodoo Friday, October 31 at 5:15 p.m. on the Le Plur Stage.

Updated 2:47 p.m.

The Foo Fighters' 60 Minutes was added after the story was published.
