2-Cent, the New Orleans-based, multimedia company presents Listen! Literacy and Arts Festival, Saturday, 12-5 p.m., in an effort to provide community members the opportunity to display their talents in literacy, art and music in a way that inspires local change.
The annual Oak Street Po-Boy Festival, sponsored by Abita Brewery, returns with plenty of beer, fresh sandwiches, and live music, including Johnny Sketch & The Dirty Notes, Los Po-Boy-Citos, Alexis & The Samurai, Flow Tribe, and Rebirth Brass Band, Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
