My Spilt Milk's New Orleans Music Awards News: Breton Sound and Fest Cola are In, Voting Starts Monday
Monday we'll unveil the ballot for My Spilt Milk's first music awards.
It’s voting season. On Saturday, South Carolina and Nevada will weigh in on the next presidential candidates, and on Monday you can vote for the winners in My Spilt Milk’s New Orleans Music Awards. We’ll have our ballot up Monday along with a write-in option to make sure that your voices are heard.
My Spilt Milk’s New Orleans Music Awards will take place Thursday, April 7 at The Howlin’ Wolf, and comedian Andrew Polk will be our host. Producer AF the Naysayer will open the night, and we’ll have performances by Tank and the Bangas, The Soul Rebels (who’ll do a hip-hop set), and The Breton Sound, who recently joined the lineup. Tickets for the night are on sale now.
We’re also pleased to recognize Fest Cola, which has come on board as a sponsor for the awards. I drink Fest Cola—I’m particularly into the pecan root beer—and am glad others will get a chance to check out their line of craft sodas.
