My Spilt Milk debuts a cool, new, animated video from Cardinal Sons.

[Updated] Later this year, indie rock band Cardinal Sons will head to New York City to compete in the Mountain Stage NewSong Competition. Starting Friday night at Gasa Gasa, they'll start a residency, playing the last Friday of the month for the next few months to help pay for the trip. (They'll be joined Friday by Sports and Leisure and Wooden Wings, featuring former My Spilt Milk contributor Cherie LeJeune.)

Cardinal Sons have made an animated video for "Young Guns" from the EP Cardinal Sons Make an EP. The animation has a retro element in its construction paper colors and '70s liquidity, but it's clearly mixed with some sort of live action integration.
