Foo Fighters, Arctic Monkeys and Outkast headline the Halloween weekend festival in City Park.
[Updated] There has been a lot of speculation about who was the Voodoo Music Experience's third headliner on its Ritual Stage. Foo Fighters and Outkast were obvious, but after that it wasn't obvious. The last time Arctic Monkeys played the area, it was a show at the Varsity in Baton Rouge last year, but this summer they've been headlining festivals including Lollapalooza. Today's release of the schedule confirms that the reunited Outkast will top the bill on Friday, October 31, Arctic Monkeys will headline Saturday, November 1, and Foo Fighters will close the festival Sunday, November 2.
This year, Voodoo as partnered with local venues to present Deja Voodoo--shows that take place in New Orleans' clubs after the festival ends for the night. Moon Taxi, Galactic, Fishbone, MarchFourth Marching Band, The Revivalists, Naughty Professor, and Flow Tribe will play Deja Voodoo shows Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights; check the Voodoo website for details.
Voodoo returns to the City Park Festival Grounds, though with a larger footprint this year that will hopefully address some of the sound bleed issues. Single day credentials are on sale now at the Voodoo website, along with LOA Lounge and camping packages.

In the original text, I had Outkast and Foo Fighters on the wrong nights. The text is correct now.
