Voodoo Announces Its Daily Lineup

If you only want to see certain acts at Voodoo this year, you now know when they'll play on the Halloween weekend.

The Voodoo Music and Arts Experience has released its day to day lineup with Mumford and Sons and Zeds Dead likely headlining the main stages—Le Ritual and Le Plur—on Friday, October 26 in City Park. On Saturday, Childish Gambino, Odesza, Martin Garrix and Marilyn Manson occupy the top slots, and Arctic Monkeys, Modest Mouse, and 21 Savage will close Voodoo on Sunday.

The schedule represents a few breaks from Voodoo’s traditional booking habits. The most newsworthy act has often headlined on Friday nights, but I’d argue that band is Childish Gambino, not Mumford & Sons. Voodoo has hard rock in its DNA, and it has often dominated Saturday. This year, Saturday leans more toward R&B with Childish Gambino, Janelle Monaé, Ty Dolla Sign, and Lizzo on the lineup that day. Sunday stays true to form with familiar, well liked bands Arctic Monkeys and Modest Mouse closing the Le Ritual stage.

Single-day tickets are on sale now, along with tickets for the various VIP/Loa packages.
